Reservations
Falls Creek Retreat Center arrangements and agreement procedures are to be handled by one representative of the group with Falls Creek
A deposit of 20%.....
Exclusive use of Falls Creek requires a guarantee of 80 people in daily residence.
Check in and check out times will be stated on the agreement and are determined by the beginning and ending meals for which the group has agreed with Falls Creek. For use of the facilities earlier than the stated check in time or after the stated check out time an additional charge will be added per participant.
Meeting spaces are assigned to groups by Falls Creek as required by group size, needs, and availability.

Conference groups handle their own registrations and room assignments.
A completed set of housing charts (floor plans of assigned units sent with the agreement) are to be provided to Falls Creek prior to or upon arrival.
Office Assistance
The office is normally open between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm when guests are on site. Guests needing immediate assistance after the office is closed should call 503-934-5311 from phones at Cedar, Creekside and Meadow Lodge and the Woodlands Conference Center. Emergency assistance is available by dialing 911. If 911 is called for an emergency please notify Falls Creek Staff.

Lost and found articles should be claimed and arrangements made for mailing or pickup as soon as possible. Items are kept at Falls Creek for 30 days. Articles still unclaimed after 30 days will be donated to a local charity.
The number for Falls Creek office is 360-934-5311. unless it is an emergency, messages for guests will be relayed at the next scheduled meal. Phone cards are available for purchase in the Creekside store: Store hours 8:00 am -2:00pm
Wi-Fi is available in the The Firs Dining Hall and in The Woodlands Conference Center.
